Taking the first steps can be challenging ...Sometimes, life can be complicated and it becomes hard to cope. Counselling assists us when we are experiencing difficulties in emotional, spiritual, cognitive, interpersonal, and vocational areas of life. It is important to find a counsellor you can trust to partner with you in your treatment process, one who will respect your cultural values and teachings, and work to help you find your path to wellness and healing.

My clinical practice places special emphasis on and has much experience with the particular issues experienced by Residential School Survivors and their families.
